Wujizhuang is called standing meditation. It is an old, simple and easy method of practice to cultivate your qi effectly.
Before practice, there are some concepts you should know about your body as meridians and acupuncture points. You may look up google for details.
The request of wujizhuang: stand in natural form as you are relaxing, with your mind empty but happy; immage that there is a string suspending it yor head; your qi should sinks to lower dantian at the shame time to longgen your body; use yor nose to breath and guild to low dantian; open your back, relax and sink your chest;
